Finance Analyst
Location: Sheffield
Salary: Β£28k plus performance bonuses
Hours: Full time (permanent)
Monday-8.30 to 5
Tuesday-Friday-9 to 5.30
Our client provides lead advisory services to businesses, entrepreneurial management teams and financial institutions. They are an independent, market-leading corporate finance firm working with clients nationally and internationally.
They are looking for a Finance Analyst to join their team. If you have experience as a Financial Advisor or Merge and Acquisitions Analyst please do apply.
Youβll be a good fit if you have experience in some of the following skill areas:
Working towards ACCA (preferred) or completed.
- Conduct industry research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and market trends.
- Perform financial analysis, including valuation models, discounted cash flow models, and merger models.
- Prepare detailed and quality financial reports, information memorandums and presentations for senior management.
- Assist in the due diligence process, including the review of legal documents and financial statements.
- Attend and arrange meetings when required.
The ideal candidate will have a can do attitude and although training is given, they will be expected to run with it and lean at a fast pace.
