Investment Banking Associate

Key responsibilities:

• Execution of transactions (M&A) across numerous sectors (please reach out for a specific focus)
• Oversee the production of marketing materials, financial models, and transaction documents
• Manage due diligence processes and relevant external parties throughout the transaction

Ideal Background:

• 3+ years working in a Big 4/Investment Bank environment
• Ability to take a lead role in the negotiation and execution of transactions
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
• Excellent verbal and written communication
