Head of Business - Cambridgeshire - Highly Competitive Basic Salary - Excellent On Target Earnings - Company Car - Extensive Benefits Package - Our client, a busy franchised car dealership, in the Cambridgeshire area have the highly desirable opportunity for a Head of Business / General Manager to join their highly successful team. As a Head of Business / General Manager, you will be an integral member of our clients Group. As a Senior Manager in the business, you will be ultimately responsible for the strategic direction and operational implementation within the business. Responsibilities:

Effectively manage the resources within the Centre to achieve the required business objectives including sales volumes, profitability, employee satisfaction and loyalty levels and maintain the culture of excellent customer service and customer delight.

Develop a culture of exceptional performance through regular communication, team building and coaching with the management team and employees of the Centre.

Communicate and maintain customer service standards and Brand Quality Management requirements, whilst also providing clear leadership, ensuring the vision and objectives of the Group are "living" within your business.

Ensure the franchise operating standards, policies, procedures and financial controls are regularly monitored and reviewed in order to maximise the business performance.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications: Essential Requirements:

Previous high turnover experience is essential

5 years’ stable, successful and proven Head of Business / General Manager experience

Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:

Premium or Prestige brand experience
