Bartender

We at Pennyroyal, Cardiff are on the lookout for another team member to join our small, close-knit team. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude to help push the bar forward giving great service and top notch drinks.

Experience isn’t necessary, training would be undertaken with the right candidate irregardless. This role is for someone looking to really get involved in cocktails and develop your bar skills with a knowledgeable team.

You would be expected to do bar, floor, bar backing or hosting throughout your role positions rotate to ensure everyone is capable of all aspects of the role.

Salary is £20,500 paid every two weeks, then service charge and tips paid weekly to you via BACS.

We aim to do 4 days in and 3 days off at 40 hours for the week sometimes this isn’t feasible depending on events, holidays etc.

There will also be the opportunity to work at our other sites Koi No Yokan and Buffalo Cardiff so plenty of room to grow and develop with the company.
