Recruitment Consultant - Full Training Provided

We are a fast-paced dynamic recruitment firm who rapidly searching for exceptional talent to continue supporting Nexus in achieving it's ambitious goal to become the best recruitment partner to our niche markets.

We are looking to speak with Graduates & Trainees with sales experience who are searching for their opportunity into the world of recruitment. The right candidate would ideally be based within commuting distance into London as our new office location is based in the heart of the city!

The roles on offer will be fully supported by Team Leaders & Company Directors and will offer an exciting opportunity to learn the fundamentals of recruitment directly from the founders of the business.

There would be a career plan in place from day one to support you in progressing up the recruitment ladder into a 360 Recruitment Consultant.

Do you feel you have what it takes to be a successful recruitment consultant?

We are looking for immediate starters ideally, although we will be hiring throughout the rest of the year.

Skills Required:

- Sales experience is highly desirable (not mandatory)

- Target-driven

- Outgoing & social

- Competitive

- Sporting background

- Great communication skills

The Package:

- Competitive salary package from £20-£25k + commission (year 1 OTE = £35-£40k)

- Full training into a 360 Recruitment Consultant

- 4-12 week training academy, covering ALL this you need to know to become a successful recruiter

- Direct management from the founders of Nexus Search

The Role:

- Assisting senior consultants & directors with resourcing quality candidates

- Conducting telephone screenings

- Building relationships with candidates

- Accountable for managing recruitment processes

- Learning the fundamentals of recruitment

- Updating the company CRM system

- Managing own workload

- Completing full training & progressing into a Recruitment Consultant

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
