Customer Service Assistant (Job ref: BAR009)
Salary: £19,100 gross per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Barnstaple Library
Closing date: 9am on Monday 27th February 2023
Interview date: Monday 6th March 2023 at Barnstaple Library

We are looking for an enthusiastic people-focused person to join our customer service team at Barnstaple Library.

The successful candidate will deliver a friendly, proactive, and responsive frontline service, ensuring the best possible customer experience for all.

The successful candidate will take an active part in delivering a wide range of services, including, children’s events and activities, also local studies.

We are looking for someone with good digital skills and a love of reading who will enjoy working with people of all ages.
