Senior Developer

Due to continued growth and investment Activate OnDemand is now looking to strengthen its development team. An exciting opportunity to get involved in developing a Fintech SaaS platform currently used by brands such as Tesco, EE, Sky, FitBit and Amazon. Contract and permanent opportunities available.

Must haves (technical):

• Strong experience in PHP and Laravel
• Strong experience in JS and VueJS, or other similar modern JavaScript frameworks
• Proficient building robust frontend experiences (Tailwind CSS a plus)
• Proficient working with REST API’s, code packages, deployment tools
• Proficient with unit and integration testing
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker

Must haves (non-technical):

• Fluency in English language
• Ability to self-manage and organise in remote work environments
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lead and mentor other developers

Nice-to-haves:

• Working knowledge of graphic design, typography, and user experience principles
