Cook/Chef

The Stand Bar and Restaurant are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work in our busy kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing family run business.

Salary is dependant on experience and the skills you bring to the team. Competitive package available for the right candidate.

Job Role:

· Preparing and cooking food from our menu and specials board.

· Maintaining a clean kitchen premises, ensuring the workstation is kept clean and tidy.

· Taking delivery of food stock, checking off delivery notes and ensuring the products are stored at the correct temperatures.

· Ensuring all stores, fridges and freezers are kept clean and tidy, whilst ensuring stock is stored correctly and rotated.

· Ensuring that all temperature checks are carried out and recorded.
