Permanent, Full-Time, Day Shift

Hybrid Working

The Package - What you could earn:

  • Basic salary negotiable depending on experience
  • Full Time 5 days a week. Normal working hours (08:30 – 17:30)
  • Hybrid role available with 3 days in office, 2 days at home
  • 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Fashion Designer - Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set the strategy for design direction across product within Women’s & Girl’s categories
  • Lead ideation & concept creation
  • Lead seasonal trend shopping trip, looking at key shapes, graphic trends and new creative concepts
  • Create best-selling styles using assets provided by our teams Graphic Designers
  • Manage end-to-end design process from initial design, retail buyer communication through to pre-production approvals to make sure quality meets high standards
  • Manage relationships across internal and external stakeholders
  • Interpret briefs and satisfy their needs through commercial design
  • Support the sales director to attracting and securing new license agreements & accounts

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

  • 10+ Years experience in women's fashion design
  • Experience working with major European/International retailers desirable
  • Previous experience in sports licensing or fashion sports brands desirable
  • Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Trend Identification
  • Creative Direction
