Early Years Support Worker

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring person to support a child with additional needs. You will work alongside the team in the preschool room, supporting the child to use the full learning environment and meet any targets set on the support plan.

You will work closely with the SENCO and other professionals involved and the parents to ensure the child is making progress in their learning and development.

Experience of working with children with additional needs is preferred, but not essential. Experience of working with children with additional behavioral needs and communication needs is prefared but not essesntal.

At least a level 2 childcare qualification or support work is required.

A good understanding of child developement is required.
