Reservation Host

We are looking for a reservation host to join our small concierge team. Responsibilities for this post include but are not limited to:

Making and managing bookings and customer requests, meeting and greeting guests, communication with customers on e mail and telephone, processing gift card sales.

You should be an excellent communicator and be able to liaise with all other departments within the restaurant. A smart appearance is essential for this role.

A knowledge of Resdiary is desirable but full training will be provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
