Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated hospitality enthusiast to work beside our General manager, at our popular and ever-evolving beach bar and restaurant on Tolcarne Beach, Cornwall, UK.

The ideal candidate would be an energetic and driven Restaurant Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years experience, who is looking for their next venture and to further their skills. Must be calm in busy situations and understanding with staff. Our restaurant boasts unbeatable ocean views, delicious food with subtle nods to the Caribbean and spectacularly unique interiors. "Colonial" restaurant is part of the "Tolcarne Beach Village" which is ever expanding. With 10 self catering apartments and 21 boutique hotel rooms which the restaurant runs along side with.
