Job summary

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join the Customer Experience Team in CLS. This is an opportunity to become part of a dedicated and passionate team to lead the continuous improvement team in successfully delivering on a portfolio of improvement initiatives and positively influencing the continuous improvement culture in Customer and Local Services and across Government of Jersey.

You will help to ensure that we design our services and processes in a way that makes them consistently easy to access, easy to use and that we think ahead to anticipate future customer needs. We would ideally like you to be qualified in Continuous Improvement methodologies such Lean6Sigma, ideally at Black Belt or equivalent and be a strong people manager. If you don't have the formal qualifications but have specialist continuous improvement knowledge, excellent relationship management and experience in successfully leading a team than we would like to hear from you.
