Kitchen Assistant

The Chequers Pub currently need an experienced kitchen assistant.
We operate on a flexible basis and the hours vary from Monday through to Sunday.

Duties of this role include:

• Helping to prepare Caribbean and English meals
• Taking and executing food orders including phone orders
• Undertaking kitchen opening and closing procedures
• Ensuring the food areas are clean and hygienic
• Adhering to food hygiene regulations

The ideal candidate will:

• Have an understanding of food hygiene regulations (preferably)
• Be able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
