Business Development Manager

We're looking for an efficient and effective Business Development Manager to provide support and insight to our Trust's upcoming Health and Social Care Academy. You will be an organised and personable member of the team, able to work closely with internal colleagues and manage external client relationships, to support the Academy's ambitions and goals.

This exciting opportunity to join the Trust follows successful investment through the government's Towns Deal Fund as part of the national levelling up agenda to support economic growth and improve living standards. When operational, the Academy will boast a multi-purpose high end facility with ambitious plans to create upskilling opportunities for existing health and social care staff, provide quality commercial learning and development opportunities, support widening participation and growth of alternative routes into health and social care careers and contribute to improving population health.
