Investment Analyst - UK and European Real Estate

European Private Equity IM who specialise in last mile Industrial and Logistics, are rapidly expanding their London based team. They have a large, fully discretionary equity pot of well over €1BN and are targeting portfolio’s, development sites and also large one off assets across the UK and Western Europe. Due to extremely high deal volume they need additional support Analysing and Underwriting potential new investments, and are seeking a very good German speaking Analyst for their Investment team. They have a good track record of executed deals already and an extremely strong pipeline.

Role:

• Real estate cash flow analysis (including leverage & tax)
• Building, inputting, and amending excel based models
• Performing various analyses to assist in making investment decisions
• Development of presentations and drafting of memoranda for internal and external use
• Engaging in and presenting market research

Requirements

• 6 months – 2 years’ experience working as an Investment Analyst in a Real Estate PE firm, the RE arm of an Investment Bank or a leading Investment Manager
• The ability to create excel models from scratch (the interview process will include a modelling test)
• Fluency in German
