Salary: £35 p/h (Umbrella)

DUTIES
- Responsible for the overall delivery of Soft FM Service operations including all cleaning, security and portering services.
- Implementation of operational plans within the service areas to fit with broader functional and Council strategy.
- Evaluate current working practices and recommend improvements in line with service delivery requirements and resources.
- Leading on production of FM management reports for the Head of Facilities Management and procedures for the FM Service.
- Responsible for monitoring FM budgets relating to the soft service functions and contracts.
- Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
- Must have previous experience within a Facilities Management role or equivalent.
- Membership of a relevant professional body, e.g. IWFM or BICSc.
- Qualification in IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.
- Experience in the management and delivery of Facilities Management services (specifically cleaning and security) to time, cost and quality.
- Good working knowledge of health and safety and ability to interpret policy and legislation.
