Finance Assistant

Orka Financial are currently working with a global business based in West Drayton who are looking to hire a Finance Assistant, you will be a key member of the finance team, reporting into the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, working within an established accounting department.

Offering hybrid working and a progressive culture, the role will involve all aspects of AR and AP processes across the businesses with a global client base, including billing, credit control, cash allocating and reconciliations.

• 
  Input of purchase invoices and credit notes
• Manual in put of over head invoices.
• Maintenance of customer details including the addition of new customers.
• Reconcile supplier accounts between our account system and their statements
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of monies received to customer accounts.
• Contact customers requesting payment of their account.

• Send out customer statements to correct contacts.
• Reconciliation of customer accounts
• Ensure that all supplier statements are reconciled and entered correctly into the system prior to payments being made.

Candidate profile

• Work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels

Salary £27,000 + hybrid working + onsite parking
