Graduate Project Manager
Work Activities & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Interface with key Client contacts and Engineers
- Communications to client for programme resource plans; external & internal resource to support program milestones.
- Liaise with OEM/Tier1 suppliers to support resource and work packages
- Produce sales / engineering documentation for presentations
- Complete the customer proposals
- Costing and tracking customer support
- Budget analysis and audit
- Support Engineering teams to deliver Client program deliverables and objectives.
- Provide direction and instruction to all personnel.
- Interface with key engineering areas to provide design direction and feasibility.
- Prioritise workloads and track progress of projects.
- Provide resolutions for issues to ensure timely completion of all projects.
- Facilitate regular meetings with Contechs Team Leaders and Designer / Engineers to ensure all team members are informed and progressing to plan.
- Supporting contractor IT and other issues where required.
- Acknowledge and address any general offices enquiries.
- Support the planning and manage programme(s) resources to ensure objectives are met.
Key Skills Required
- Degree Educated
- Articulate and excellent communicator at all levels in the business
- Advanced in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project
- Ability to multi-task and support priorities for teams
- Delivery of world class standards throughout the NPI process
- Experience in Vehicle Engineering would be an advantage
