Opus Education are seeking a well-being support assistant, the successful candidates will provide emotional and practical support to individuals who may be experiencing difficulties in their lives. Working with the Schools SEN coordinator, you will work closely with a number of pupils to help improve their experience in School, additionally supporting the needs of the pupils/

Some of the duties of a well-being support assistant may include:

• Providing one-on-one emotional support to individuals who are experiencing stress, anxiety, or other mental health issues
• Developing and implementing support plans to help individuals achieve their goals and improve their well-being
• Assisting with activities designed to promote mental and physical health, such as exercise or mindfulness practices
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as therapists or social workers, to ensure that individuals receive comprehensive care
• Advocating for the needs and rights of individuals who may be marginalized or disadvantaged
