We are recruiting for customer focused people to join a specialist Customer Service team providing advise and support to customers of a well know household brand.

Role:

• Speaking to customers
• Taking payments
• Setting up direct debits
• Resolving complaints
• Working on systems/ computers
• Answering questions and queries
• Working towards an up-selling bonus (average £250 per month)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,872.00-£26,872.00 per year
