About the role
We have an exciting new opportunity for an Access Control Administrator, to join our Security Control (SCC) based in the Midlands!
Maintaining our Service Catalogue for access control will be an essential part of this role. Supporting the wider SCC team, you will be customer-facing, ensuring all access control functions are delivered to our customers in a timely and consistent manner in line with established processes. Representing the access control service line during meetings, you will be required to deliver on data and produce key performance indicators (KPI’s) to be displayed to the wider team. A key part of the role will also be delivering on deadlines, managing the escalation of issues, and reporting on successes. This is a new role and is open to development as the role matures
About you
We are looking for someone who can build relationships with our customers, whilst maintaining, building, and supporting our service catalogue. Having a proactive can-do attitude and the ability to work collaboratively is essential for this role. The SCC is a fast-paced secure environment, and as such would suit someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to quickly identify and implement service improvements. As this is a fast-paced role, a good working knowledge of the essential Office 365 products Word, Excel, Outlook, and strong organisational skills are essential. Along with a self-disciplined can-do attitude, this role will require you to use bespoke systems, full training and on-site support shall be provided.
