Property / Real Estate Solicitor (Newly Qualified or 1-2 years PQE)

A great opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a fast growing property development and management company in our in house Real Estate legal team. The company operates throughout the UK, with offices in Edinburgh and London.

The team currently covers all areas of Real Estate including construction, but primarily focus on 5 areas:

Residential development

Commercial development

Investment

Occupiers

Real Estate finance

This is an opportunity to work in industry in an innovative and non-traditional firm setting and really be a part of a new wave of Solicitors working in our team on the highest quality of work.

The ideal candidate will come from a national or international law firm, and currently be working within Real Estate/Commercial property. However, if you are currently at a smaller firm but doing a high quality of work you will also be considered.

This is a role for a newly qualified solicitor (or within 1-3 years of post qualification experience) so experience in Commercial Property or Real Estate is preferred as well as any paralegal experience. However, if you are at a good firm and have been unable to secure experience within Real Estate, please do still apply.

We are able to consider applicants from across the UK as this is a remote working role (hybrid if you live close to London or Edinburgh).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £65,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
