Full Job Description
As the Duty Manager of Flip Out trampoline park and The Terrace Bar at Rushden Lakes you will have a passion for customer service, with the ability to manage a large team and remain calm under pressure.
You will be in charge of:
- Stock takes and levels
- Staff working across the whole site
- Smooth running of events
- Liaising with other Managers to ensure the smooth running of shifts
- Staff training
- Customer Service including face to face, over the phone, email and on social media
- Opening and closing of the site
- Daily checks
- Cash management
- Health and safety
Reporting to the General Manager and Director, you will be an integral part of the team in a fast growing environment.
The ideal candidate will have management experience and a First Aid qualification.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
