Warehouse Operative

The vacancy below requires you to work shift patterns and start times. Please bear in mind these shifts involve working various weekends!!

Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off
Time: 22:00 – 07:00
Location: East Midlands Airport
Pay rate: £11.25 ph.
Hours: 40 hours OR 48 hours per week

Warehouse Operative duties will include:

• As a Warehouse Operative you will be loading and unloading cargo freight from haulage vehicles and aircraft containers
• Working on a busy parcel sorting line
• Sorting cargo, parcels, and freight up to 20 kg
• Using scanners to ensure the parcel has been received

• 5-year background check.
• Criminal record check and (reimbursed after 4 weeks)

Any applicants with experience as a Warehouse Operative, parcel sorter, picker and packer, cargo operative, or any manual handling experience will be considered highly suitable
