A busy local gardening and landscaping company in Worcester looking to expand its team in the operational aspect of its business. The successful candidate for this role will complete a range of tasks for clients across Worcestershire working closely with our customers to complete desired work. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed for this role including a proactive mindset to tackle any challenge in the dynamic environment we operate in. This role is perfect for someone looking to enter or has newly entered this field, with the view of taking on a full time role to suit the businesses needs in the future with its expansion.

Key responsibilities include: Developing strong client relationships, completing all work to a high standard to meet company expectation and aiding clients to make the most of their outdoor spaces. Jobs must be completed in an organised, timely manner and the individual must demonstrate their skills and knowledge to their highest ability on every job, which includes maintaining the equipment to the highest of standards completing regular checks to comply with businesses standard.

Pay rate to be discussed. Preferred - Minimum of 1 year experience in the field and or similar field/line of work however full training will be given. Looking for a candidate who is willing to grow within our business and develop their skills.

Job type - Zero hour contract, flexible

Likely Schedule (normal business working hours). Must be able to reliably travel to businesses base location in the WR3 area of Worcester.

Candidates will be selected for interview.
