Guest Service Assistant (Food & Beverage)

Guest Service Assistant - F&B - 8 hours per week - Flexible shifts

This role will pay a national living wage regardless of the candidate age

Working 8-24 hours per week in varying patterns, we are looking for a flexible candidate with a great positive attitude to join the hotel F&B team.

You will be required to work either Breakfast shifts or evening shifts serving in the restaurant and on the bar.

The right candidate should be friendly and approachable and able to spark a conversation with ease.

Being a GSA means being the person who makes our guests feel welcomed and pleased with their choice of accommodation. It means taking and showing pride in your hotel and delivering a great guest experience consistently, no matter the time of day.

You'll need to be great at juggling tasks and turning your hand to many different things.

We're looking for individuals who can really shine in a busy setting, who are comfortable and confident in meeting and engaging with new people, and who have a passion for great customer service.

We are looking for 3 candidates to fill positions and can be flexible on contracted hours for the right candidate.

Hospitality experience/service industry experience preferred but not essential.

Salary: From £9.50 per hour
