Recruit4staff are working alongside our prestigious client based in Bridgnorth, due to expansion they're looking to add a number of staff to their ever-growing team!
We have the following shift patterns available -
12 hour Weekend Days £12.90ph rising to £14.51ph after 12 weeks 6am-6pm Fri to Sun
12 hour Weekend Nights £13.44ph rising to £16.66 after 12 weeks 6pm - 6am Fri to Sun
What we can offer you as a Production Operator:

What we can offer you as a Production Operator:
- Factory tour (Tuesdays or Thursdays) followed by a brief chat with a Production Manager
- Due to a long term secure order book, permanent opportunities are available
- Regular Overtime opportunities, paid at PREMIUM rates which INCREASE after 12 weeks
- Previous automotive manufacturing experience not required as full training and support provided
- Roles are available withing assembly / moulding / machine operation and finishing
- Refer a Friend Scheme
- Weekly pay
What we are looking for in a Production Operator:
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- We are looking for staff who have previous experience working within production / manufacturing / warehousing or any other fast paced environments
- You MUST be able to get to BRIDGNORTH
- Some of the roles may involve heavy lifting - Manual handling training will be provided
We would be keen to see applications from candidates that have worked in environments such as: Production, Factory, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Assembly, Hospitality, Foundry, Machining, having carried out duties such as, Operative, Operator, Casting, Production, Team member
