Salary - £25,500 per annum

Hours - 40 per week, Monday to Friday

We have an opportunity to join the insights and analytics team as a Sales Operations Analyst – if you enjoy presenting data in an engaging way, if you’re the team’s go-to person for stats and trackers, or if you’ve already mastered Excel and are looking for the next step now is your chance to apply! You’ll be an integral member of the Insights and Analytics team, (that forms part of our Commercial function) and you'll use your insight and analytics capability to shape the way we operate online and in our sales contact centre to maximise profitability.


As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:


  • Processing and uploading data sets across various systems including SQL and Tableau
  • Ensuring the integrity of data, through automated extraction, manipulation, processing, analysis and reporting
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining a full reporting suite, including bespoke KPI dashboards used up to Director level
  • Produce both bespoke and BAU decks for senior leaders and category managers, adding insight to how we trade and always opportunity focused
  • Provide analysis of strategy results, thereby maintaining an environment of continuous and measurable improvement


You will need:


  • To be confident working with data, for example, data processing in Excel or experience using SQL
  • To be self-motivated, have exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to maintain the highest standard of integrity, accuracy, and precision
  • To demonstrate ability to drive innovation and think creatively to solve complex problems
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills


It would be great if you had:


  • Experience building and maintaining business intelligence dashboards and reports
  • Experience of data mining from large databases using SQL tools or business intelligence platforms and data-warehousing
  • Knowledge of SQL and SQL server layers
  • Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint
