Assistant Manager

We are incredibly excited to announce that we are opening our new cafe in the coming months, realising our vision of expanding Cottonrake in the heart of the West End of Glasgow.

With our exciting new venture approaching, we will be hiring an experienced Assistant Manager for our new cafè in the next 6-8 weeks.
Responsibilities include duty management, staff training, quality control, overseeing the floor, some contribution to our social media and working together with the General Manager and Head Barista to lead the team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent waiting and floor management experience and an interest in specialty coffee. This is a full time role, 40hrs/week. Weekend availability is essential.

We are looking for enthusiastic people who are passionate about hospitality, our products and specialty coffee. We work in an especially busy environment so you will need to be able to work in a team at a fast pace, be adaptable, detail orientated and friendly as our community is very important to us.
