Merchandise Assistant (London - OVO Arena Wembley)

We are the UK’s largest merchandise concession!

National Merchandise manage the merchandise operation for some of the biggest venues in the UK including arenas in London, Nottingham, Belfast, Liverpool and Glasgow.

We are currently looking for Merchandise Assistants to join our team based at the OVO Arena Wembley, London. There will also be opportunities to support our merchandise teams at our other venues across London.

Playing host to some of the world’s biggest acts such as JJ Lin, Pet Shop Boys & Ricky Gervais; we are looking for outgoing people to join the existing team to work with the Merchandise Manager & Supervisors to provide top-quality customer service to all of our customers.

Responsible for ensuring that our merchandise is displayed to attract maximum sales, you will also be comfortable with handling cash & card transactions.

Previous experience of working in a customer service or retail role would be beneficial, along with the ability to calculate totals using mental maths.

As this role is based around events, the ability to be able to work weekends as well as evenings due to the event schedule is a must.
