Event Bar Staff

AlchemyLive, the hospitality brand at 8 Northumberland Avenue, London's most central venue and Boyds Grill and Wine Bar are looking for new Bartenders to join our team of food and beverage experts. You will be part of an energetic dynamic team who are striving for hospitality excellence.

The main purpose of your role will be to work within the AlchemyLive operations team and be accountable for helping deliver all beverage operations, ensuring a consistently high standard in all areas.

It will be an exciting time to joining the company as we are rebuilding and changing all thing’s beverage.

You already:

• Have previous experience working in a high-end environment
• Have a proactive approach, willingness to learn and excellent work ethic
• Have excellent communication skills both spoken and written
• Have outstanding attention to detail

You will be:

• Supporting the beverage manager with the monthly beverage stock check/ take of the events.
• Under The Hamilton Boyd group you will be working for AlchemyLive but you will also have the opportunity to work in Boyds Grill and wine bar
• Delivering five-star customer service to our clients
• Representing 8 Northumberland Avenue, AlchemyLive and Boyds Grill and Wine Bar as a brand ambassador
• Always foster good relationships with the clients, stakeholders, and guests as per our values
• On the event day you will be a key member of the operations team delivering high quality and consistent service to all our guests and clients
• You will be expected to count and check beverage opening and closing stocks accurately to record consumption totals for individualevents, enabling accurate calculations of GP’s
• You will be expected to learn and know our product range completely
• Pre event you will be expected to help in the operations of building the bars and general set up for the event as required.
• Post event you will be expected to help break down the bars and anything else that needs doing to set up for the next event
• Assist in creating creative new ideas for our beverage menu
• You will be expected to help support the wine waiting team in teaching them about the wines we will be serving for the evening and being proactive in supporting any member of the team or guests.

Salary: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
