Baker / Bakery Operator

Doughnut Baker -

You'll be working in our state-of-the-art doughnut bakery, based in Caerphilly.

With another 2 stores opening this year, we're looking to expand our bakery team.

We are a small friendly team with good staff retention and we're looking for the right person to train and grow with us.

Days/Times;

Monday - Friday - shift times flexible - can be discussed.

1 Baker Role - 40 Hours

1 Baker Role - 35 Hours

Duties

• Making doughnuts from scratch (mixing, rolling with sheeter, cutting, proving, and frying),
• Ensure quality production under deadlines,
• Keep kitchen and work area clean and tidy,
• Stock checking,
• Administration.

To ensure we have cover for seasonal periods or any event we attend, you must be able to work additional days which will include Saturdays and Sundays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £11.00-£13.50 per hour
