Full Job Description
NEW POSITION: My clients a well established, growing freight forwarder seeking an experienced AEROSPACE AND DEFENCE MANAGER to grow and lead the department.
Duties would include:
- Lead and motivate a team of 3 operatives
- Ensuring the smooth running of the department
- Dealing with all modes imports and exports
- Recruiting and training staff
- Negotiating rates with airlines / hauliers
- Building relationships with client
Skills required:
- AEROSPACE AND DEFENCE experience!!
- Experience dealing with all modes imports and exports
- Able to motivate team
- Good leadership skills
- PC literate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
