Front of House Team Member
As a Front of House Team Member you will be responsible for ensuring that each and every guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintain outstanding standards and a solid product knowledge.
Back of House Team Member – Smashburger
Our Back of House Team Members are responsible for ensuring we deliver outrageously good burgers to our guests.
Requirements of a Team Member
· Friendly and Energetic
· Desire to provide the perfect guest experience at all times
· Restaurant and/or hospitality experience is an advantage
