After an amazing year in 2022 and been finalist of the Great British Bake Off The Professional 2021, Julien Plumart is looking to expend is company and is looking for a new pastry chef to join his team.

Open since 2008, Julien Plumart as always thrived for excellence.

Our amazing front of house team is always there to deliver outstanding customer service when the pastry team work continuously to create some of the best patisserie, pastries and Macarons in the United Kingdom.

Today I am looking for a new pastry chef, someone who is ready to raise to the next level.

The perfect candidat will be ambitious with great energy and excellent communication skills.

A minimum 3 years as a pastry chef is needed to apply.

A strong classic patisserie background is essential to be shortlisted for this position.

You will be trained to all aspect of our daily production.

From our award winning sourdough pastries, all the patisserie range, Macarons and savoury items to become the pastry chef you always wanted to be.

This position is for 45hr a week.

Your normal shift will be 9hr day including weekend and holidays.

The salary for this position will start at £25000 per annum + TIPS but this will be negotiated depending on your experience and skills.
