Restaurant Waiter/Waitress

The Old Mill Hotel is looking for Waiters and Waitresses to serve our hotel guests and customers.

The Hotel has undergone refurbishment and has new owners who are passionate about service.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Greet customers and hand out menus
• Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders using technology
• Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials
• Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared
• Check that customers are satisfied with their meal
• Prepare the bill for tables when requested
• Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid
• Administer change to tables if needed
• Ensure that the guest experience is consistent

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary: £8.00-£12.50 per hour
