Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparation and service of food for a group of 50 students
• Health & Safety
• Kitchen cleanliness
• Allergen awareness and processes
• COSHH management
• Staffing Rotas
• Menu building and development
• Stock Ordering
• Stock Taking
• Stock management
• Keeping in line with spend budgets
• Staff training & development

You will prepare evening meals for a group of students Monday to Thursday and then a brunch and evening meal on a Sunday.

Our ideal House Cook will have experience in a similar role, enjoy using fresh produce and the ability to work alone with support of a Catering Assistant during food service times. Self motivated, passionate about creating excellent food.
