Operations Clerk (40 hours) - Days

We are currently hiring for an Operations Clerk based in one of our busy hub in Exeter, 40 hours per a week, Monday to Friday, Starting at 7am.

Key responsibilities:

• Driver brief and debrief
• Allocate collections and deliveries
• Taking calls and managing customer complaints
• Answering and raising tasks on Salesforce CRM
• Occupy the customer collect/drop-off point
• Complete day to day admin tasks
• Carry out any other duties that may be reasonably required in the context of the job role as instructed by the Site/Operations Manager.

Experience & Skills required:

• Administration skills
• Good knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The right candidate must have excellent multi-tasking skills and work well under pressure
• Experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
