Exiting in-house opportunity for a transactional Paralegal!

Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a technology start-up company, who use AI and human intelligence to make contracts simple for a range of high-profile clients. They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Legal and Products Specialist to join its technology team on a permanent basis.

This role will involve working directly with investment teams at some of the world's largest private equity and debt funds, financial institutions and corporates as they explore transaction opportunities. The successful candidate will have responsibility for reviewing the work of junior team members and assisting with their professional development.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' previous experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating core transactional documents (including confidentiality agreements, engagement letters and release letters), working within a private equity, asset management or hedge fund, or law firm environment. This role will offer the opportunity to cover the same areas and document types - but in a more modern, creative and flexible way!
