Job summary
Vue de L’Ecole have an exciting opportunity for Residential Childcare Officer Shift Leader (WFM D).
Vue de L’Ecole is a 2-bed residential home for young people with emotional, behavioural difficulties who have experienced early childhood trauma; aged 10 to 18 years. We provide consistent care in a homely environment and focus on building positive relationships with young people.
You will be required to attend appointments, support education, undertake general household duties, complete necessary paperwork, liaise with other professionals and support the registered manager in ensuring the home meets its Statement of Purpose in providing high quality care to children and young people.
You will be required to work on a rota basis, covering early shifts, late shifts, sleep ins and occasional waking night shifts.
