Minor Works Electrical Supervisor

One of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers now looking for a Minor Works Supervisor to monitor small projects across their prestigious banking contract, which spans across the client's retail and corporate national portfolio.

The employer already provide maintenance works across the contract, and are now looking to become more involved on Minor Works, and so are looking to recruit a self motivated and dynamic Supervisor from a Minor Works/install or Project background to drive forward the growth of this team and the money generated.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Supervisor, who had led teams, with a background in Minor works/small projects to advance their career and play a key role, for the UK's premier FM provider, on their key contract.

Actions will include:

We need from you:

• Supervise subcontractors, and in house engineers completing the works
• To complete fixed wire testing plus remedials
• To produce quotes
• Work with the client and Minor Works Manager plus working engineers to ensure effective and timely works delivery
• Management of Minor Works Team with an aim to organically grow minor works activity and team service scope.
• To ensure that all works undertaken are completed to employer, Client, and good practice trade standards.
• To support the Engineering Lead in the implementation and delivery of projects & technical support services across the Client account in order to ensure high standard of service.

We need from you:

• An electrical background inc 2391, plus clear experience in pricing works

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
