Patient Services Advisor (Medical Receptionist)

We are looking for the right person to fulfil this crucial role within the patient services team. You will be working directly with GP's and Paramedics as you take calls from patients, discuss the history with the GP and arrange the most appropriate care for the patient.

Full training will be given, but we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can demonstrate compassion and a real desire to help our patients and work well within a high pressured team. Previous telephone experience is essential.

16.75 Hours per week

The shifts are Monday 1:00 - 6:30, Tuesday, 1:00 - 6:45 and Friday 1:00 - 6:30

Hours/days non negotiable.

Occasional Saturday mornings with advanced notice.
