Role:

We are looking for an charming, hardworking, charismatic individual to join our front of house team as a Duty Manager. You will be confident in delivering exceptional service to guests and visitors. As our Duty Manager we depend on you to lead by example, through your work, attitude, work ethic and your presentation. Someone who has a passion for people and has an eye for standards. You will be required to promote all hotel facilities to guests and potential customers and deal with customer enquiries as efficiently as possible. Occasional night coverage is required.

What we are looking for:

• Exceptional service standards
• Front Office hotel experience in London properties
• Have in-depth knowledge of hotel reception procedures
• Understanding of all other working areas of the hotel
• Provide amazing hospitality and be a part of the guest experience
• Pride in everything you do
• Build guest relations – new and returning guests
• Good verbal and written skills
