Dental Educator (Workforce Development & Quality Improvement)

An exciting new opportunity has become available within the Dental Postgraduate Section in HEIW for a Dental Educator (Workforce Development and Quality Improvement).

Contract: fixed term for 2 yearsHours: 2 sessions per week (7.5 hours)Job share will be considered

Please note that the application will be appointed on either the GP Educator Scale GP01 (Trac ID: 5247546) or Agenda for Change Band 7 (Trac ID: 5324447). Applicants are only required to submit one application depending on contract type.

The role holder will be required to commission, develop, and deliver a variety of educational initiatives and resources to support the whole of the dental workforce in Powys Teaching Health Board and relevant geographical location within Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.

While the post holder will be required to have intelligence regarding the needs of the local workforce, it is not essential for the post holder to be based within the geographical location, as long as they are able to travel when required to fulfil the objectives of the role.
