Store Manager

A premium fine fragrance and lifestyle brand is looking for a dynamic and experienced store manager to be responsible for the opening and successful running of the brand’s first standalone boutique.

The role

As store manager you will be responsible for representing this luxury brand’s values and highly respected identity. You’ll uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times ensuring that they have a fantastic shopping experience and always leave satisfied.

This role will require you to be responsible for Store Operations Management, Sales and Customer Service, Staff Management and Development, Inventory Management and Marketing and Promotions.

How you’ll dazzle us

We are looking for someone who has experience in managing teams, shifts and rotas, as well as experience managing Profit and Loss. You should also have luxury retail background experience, and ideally you will have managed a store before.

As an individual you will be inspirational and demonstrate great communication skills. You should be organised and well presented.

You should have knowledge of Health and Safety Compliance.
