Domestic Assistant Cleaner Care Home

The Links is looking for dedicated Domestic Assistant to join our domestic team working in an Adult Mental Health Care Centre in Bradford, BD3, West Yorkshire.

Experience is preferred but fully training will be given to ensure you have all the skills needed to provide the very highest standards in your role.

You will work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the Care Centre, whilst ensuring a safe, comfortable environment at all times. ensuring you follow a cleaning regimes (daily, weekly, periodically etc) for all areas of the Care Centre (excluding those maintained by Kitchen Staff), in line with the Company’s attention to detail philosophy.

You will be required to work some weekends and bank holidays/religious holidays as per the rota.

All our employees complete a comprehensive in-service induction program that includes shadow shifts. You will be enrolled to our excellent e-learning programmes and, face to face training and development sessions to enhance and refresh your skills and knowledge. You’ll receive one to one supervision with your line manager along with an annual appraisal.
