Development Chef - Monday to Friday

Location: Rolls-Royce

Rate of pay: £32,500 per annum

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, mostly daytime with some evening events.

Key responsibilities

To support the onsite chef team in daily service and to develop and deliver commercially viable, creative & innovative menu’s which drive growth and engagement from our customers, reporting into the Operations Manager.

• Motivates and inspires the team and business to high levels of culinary excellence
• Expert food trend knowledge and creative development resulting in the launch of new products from the existing food team as well as contributing own concepts
• Will establish & build relationships with key customer contacts
• Involved in co-ordinating and delivering high profile lunches and evening events (internal & external guests)
• Hands on role based in the Derby campus kitchens
