Chef de Partie

The Marigold Cafe has recently opened in the West End of Glasgow, between Kelvinbridge Subway Station and Kelvingrove Park.

The Marigold offers a separate day and evening menu. The Day Menu, 12-4pm, offers everything from brunch, grilled flatbreads to tacos and a selection of sharing plates. The Evening Menu, 4-9:30pm, expands on the sharing plates available at lunch. The Evening Menu has been designed for guests to enjoy a light bite with drinks or as a more traditional meal. Both menus have a strong Indian influence.

After a positive first few months we are now looking to recruit two part-time Chef de Partie to the team. The shift pattern will vary weekly but we may be able to discuss set days for the right candidates. Overtime may also be available.

The Marigold Cafe is part of The R Group - operating several venues around Greater Glasgow and expanding in Glasgow City Centre later this year.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: Up to £13.00 per hour
