Paramedic

Working within an Integrated Health and Social Care Team, The Urgent Community Response in Telford is a well-established service that has worked in partnership with Shropshire Community Health Trust and the Local Council for over 20 years to provide rapid assessment, urgent care, treatment, and support for patients with acute episodes of ill health or a deteriorating chronic condition that shows signs of heading towards a crisis.

We are looking for a paramedic who shares our passion for providing excellent quality of care and can deliver a recommended and agreed treatment / care plan to service users in their own home as an alternative to being treated in an acute hospital environment, in line with the Urgent Community Response national standards.
